Due to various county and state restrictions - and the actions of zealous prosecutors - we will not ship adult product (this includes toys and accessories) to the following destinations:
  • Florida (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Jacksonville and Tallahassee, which are restricted)
  • Mississippi - completely restricted
  • North Carolina - completely restricted
  • Ohio (We can ship statewide, EXCEPT for Cincinnati, which is restricted)
  • Tennessee - completely restricted
  • Texas (We can ship to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, El Paso and Austin)
  • Utah - completely restricted
  • US territories and possessions (Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the Marianas Islands etc.) – completely restricted

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 5 days from receipt of your order, we do not accept RMA requests after 5 days upon receiving the goods.

Our returns procedure

  1. Returns authorisation

    Before returning any item please follow our returns authorisation procedure by calling our offices at +31 (0)73 689 05 40. We will email you a returns authorisation number along with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.

  2. Packing the item

    Wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation code (RMA). Usually the packaging in which the order was sent can be used for its return.

  3. Replacement or store credit

    We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or make a store credit.

Returning an unwanted item

  • There is a 25 Euro restocking fee for returns of unwanted items. The items must be in original and sealed condition to be accepted. Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be made as store credit.
  • Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.

Postage on returns

  • Please make sure your return has the right postage fee stamp. In case of insufficient postage upon receipt of your return, we will charge you a 25 Euro administration fee plus the difference in the postage fee.

How we test returned items

  • We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will charge you a 25 Euro administration fee.
  • We advise you to check any DVD or Blu-Ray on a second machine and to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
  • We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding or in case you ordered an incompatible video format (NTSC PAL)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sex toys.
